Global Mixx Radio premiered Wednesday, February 16th on Hype Blog Talk Radio from 10pm – 11pm (EST). This is a new addition to the Hype Magazine radio show line-up and a new media venture for Global Mixx Music Group. Founder and Executive Director of the GMIXX Music Retreat, Mary Datcher is the host of the weekly show which has already had Radio One’s radio programmer, Khris ‘First Lady’ Raye and Grammy winning producer, Maurice Joshua on the show. The show will feature interviews and music. Beginning on Wednesday, March 15th, Global Mixx Radio will expand to 2 hours from 10pm – 12pm (EST) that will feature mini-mixes from the Global Mixx DJs, a diverse group of notable DJs in the areas of House, Electronica, Soul and Latin music.
